  1. Consistency over intensity  It’s about sticking to a routine. You don’t need to crush yourself at the gym every session. Regular, steady progress adds up over time.                                       
  2. Getting lean is 80% Diet and movement outside of your workouts,                                                                                                       
  3. Every movement can be core training when done correctly ( A Deadlift is core training )                                                                                        
  4. Level up your Fitness by incorporating Sprints into your weekly training. It’ll boost your testosterone and your mood                                                                                                            
  5. Never skip Leg day. Train Legs at least twice a week with moderate to heavy weights.                                                                      
  6. Growth happens during rest and recovery. Take scheduled days off and avoid overtraining                                                                
  7. Be in it for life. Fitness isn’t about quick fixes, it’s a lifestyle. The results will come, but they require patience. Enjoy the journey, stay motivated, and don’t get discouraged by setbacks
