2026 is going to be  the year of intentional growth, both with professional and personal goals that are going to challenge and  stretch me to get outside my comfort zone even more                                                                                                                              My plan is to focus more on professional endeavors with the aim to grow this site and my podcast in order to encourage more people to live their life by design.     

Also, as always, I continue ticking items I didn’t get to complete from the previous years of my list which again should shape up to an epic year

  2. Post 52 blog posts ( weekly )
  3. Read 26 Books (12/26)
  4. 2 Overseas Trips  ( Thailand/ Bali )
  5.  Go on 4 Micro Adventures ( every 3 month do something out of the ordinary )
  6. Do something hard/ challenging once a week ( complete 52 hard things by the end of the year )
  7. Spend 48 hours in silence (no tech)
  8. Record a 3 min inspirational video/ film
  9. Record a short film/ movie/doco
  10. Design/create a visual yearbook of 2026
  11. Learn 5 Calisthenics exercises ( Handstand, Pistol Squat, Muscle up, L-sit, Planche, Backflip )
  12. Do the 4x4x48
  13. Go Scuba Diving ( January )
  14. Travel to a new country ( add to my country count )
  15. Swim in 2 Oceans in one day (Pacific/Indian)
  16. Master Slacklining
  17. Complete 1000 reps of a Bodyweight exercise in a day once a month
  18. Walk 150km in 30 days wearing a weighted vest (10 Jan- 10 Feb)
  19. Learn a new skill (CapCut, editing software)
  20. Do something new for the first time ( Riding a Horse on the beach in Bali )
  21. Write an E book  (my 2nd )
  22. Publish 10 blogposts in 10 days ( mini series )
  23. Present a Bucket list talk
  24. Attend at least 12 Toastmaster sessions
  25. Reach out to 3 people I lost contact with
  26. Record a 70 sec weekly video of my week (learning to use CapCut)

My Misogi for 2026:

Do at least 150 push ups every day for the year (min 54750/ currently on 19724 )

Starting Jan1, Skip every single day starting with 100 and adding 10 reps each day for the year
